Name Branding
Do people know and trust you? Especially when you first start out in a business, can you honestly say people online trust you enough to buy from you with all the new MLM businesses popping up? Now my name isn't as well known as a lot of the people that makes millions every year but the people that join my businesses under me trust me. How do I know this? I have asked them all at some point and time. To take it a step further most of them said that, well lets take my LHN ProBuilder business, most people thought it was a great opportunity but didn't join it right away. They told me that they waited to see what I was all about. The read the emails from me read the posts from me and then decided to join under me because there was a level of trust built. To show people that I am not going anywhere I have bought domain names that are my name and when you go to the site is still shows my name. Dont believe me, go to www.michaelspence.biz and you'll see that the name stays the same. Now its pretty simple to mask the domain but I see a lot of people don't do it. When you email me from that website it goes to mike@michaelspence.biz. Both of these things are simple to do and yet a lot don't do these things. If I want someone to buy from me or join my business I need them to trust me and the way to start building that trust is through name branding and I mean name branding of yourself not the business you are promoting. You need to sell yourself first then your business. You can have the best opportunity on the internet but if someone can't remember your name or trust that you are going to be a mentor per say to them then that sale is lost.
